Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is a first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. Considered as a successor to the now cancelled Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6: Patriots, Siege puts heavy emphasis on environmental destruction and co-operation between players. The game was released for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.

I have worked on this game for 1 and a half year of its development mainly on the PVE and then switching to PVP after that. PVE was showcased at E3 2015 with major positive feedback.

Since launch the game managed to double its player base with its seasonal content (called operations) bringing constant new content to the game. The game is also on ESL Pro League is quite popular there.

    • Created the game Mode Difficulty levers (Normal/Hard/Realistic)

    • Worked on redefining and tweaking all the archetypes behaviors, stimuli & reactions.
    • Designed the shooting System (as well as excell tool to balance and import data to engine)
    • Designed the spawning Rules
    • Balanced the in-game economy
    • Balanced the PVE;PVP scoring system
    • Created excel simulators to predict player progression & content lifetime validating it on Alpha:Beta tests
    • Helped defining the monetization strategy
    • Currency Packs & content pricing
    • Short-Mid-Long Term monetization goals
    • Designed the Winning Team Showcase screen
